Description
You have all been just so, SO amazing, thank you so much! I could have never imagined when I opened my deviantART account almost exactly one year ago that I would have gotten so many great friends. :'D
I am a huge fan of December. It's just the lovely holiday atmosphere, plus my birthday! And it was also the month I began deviantART-ing. (now a verb)
So, I've decided to begin another contest! ^^ Unfortunately, because of the nature of the prize I'd like to give, there can only be one winner. Sorry... uwu
(unless of course I get some more money, then I can have at least a second place, but until then I am sticking to one winner)
What You Can Do
-Draw (or write, if that's more your style) a scene or short story showcasing a pokemon OC I could use in my comic, Explorers of Souls.
-No overly crazy colors. You can deviate from the original color scheme a little bit, but please don't go all sparkledog on me.
-Please show whether the OC is more inclined to be evil or good. Both villains and heroes welcome!
-If you're writing, you'll have to describe the appearance so I can get an idea of what the OC looks like.
-You can put my own EoS characters in the scene, if you want.
-No final evolutions, pokemon I have already used, or legendaries.
-Draw (or write) a short comic or story depicting a Pokemon Mystery Dungeon scene. It can come from any PMD game and you can use any pokemon team combination.
-Draw (or write, yet again) a humanoid OC! 8D
-By humanoid, I mean he/she can be an elf, demon, whatevertheheck XD
-Again, no crazy colors please.
-This be a reference sheet or a scene. Whichever suits your fancy. ^^
General Rules and All of That
-Anyone can participate! You don't even have to be a watcher!
-You can submit as many entries as you want!
-You can also submit multiple entries in each category, and even submit entries in different categories! GO WILD I SAY
-There can be as many characters as you dang well please in your entry.
-On OC's, I will be judging the design and personality of him/her. Effort is appreciated ^^
-If you draw more than one OC, I will only be choosing one.
-If your pokemon OC wins, I will credit you, but it will be free for me to use in the comic. .w.
-Blood and gore, as long as it isn't unnecessarily spilled everywhere, is fine.
-Please show me your entry by leaving me a link either here or on my profile. (UPDATE) Oh wait! We have the mention system now. XD Just put my username, : iconhonrupi : without the spaces, and I'll get notified.
The end date for submissions has been extended to January 3.
LE GRAND PRIZE
Whoever wins (yes, sorry but for now I can only have one winner) will receive:
-a drawing I made of the OC or PMD team that won
-a free request I shall draw just for you ;D
-a card basically just saying nice things OwO
-(possibly) a little extra present from me ;3 (probably a pokemon plushie, but we shall see~)
The drawings will be the size of a normal sheet of paper, about 8.5x11 inches, and will be able to fit a frame (not to be included). Will be signed if you want.
All of these things will be sent via mail. That means I will be requiring an address of some sort so I can send it to you. I will handle all of the costs.
Of course, that means you will have to tell me your address. Sorry if that bothers you >_< But I promise that I will use it for the sole purpose of sending your prize, nothing more.
